Builders & Management Plus, LLC was established in 2015 with the goal of providing home improvement and roofing services with transparent communication and pricing to the residents of the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. We have over 25 years of general contracting and roofing experience, and we only use products from top brands, including Owens Corning, James Hardie, Pella windows, and more.
We service all of Lehigh Valley, Montgomery County, and a 50-mile radius from Allentown, PA.

Chad is the founding partner of BMP and started the company in 2015. Having grown up in a family construction business, he brings next-level project management expertise for residential and commercial properties. Chad prides himself on staying current on all developments in building codes, building materials, and supply chain issues, as well as managing and supervising our installers to ensure top-quality results for our clients.

CHAD
ANDREW
Andrew is BMP's Chief Operating Officer. After earning his MBA from Lehigh University, he spent many years dedicated to helping small to medium size businesses grow and operate efficiently. Andrew's construction experience started back in 2013 when he became BPI Certified and then managed a residential energy efficiency retrofit company.
Andrew gives his “fun facts”:

"Before becoming a homeowner I knew how to turn a breaker off and not to put a fork in an outlet. Soon after I was adding sub panels, wiring entire rooms, and installing a tankless water heater."

“Through all my DIY projects, my masterpiece might be the playhouse I built for the kids. Once they outgrow it I plan on advertising it on Air B&B as an exotic Bethlehem camping experience.”

Scott started in contracting in 2008, managing a home exteriors company in Atlanta, GA. As a partner/general manager, he is focused on providing a start to finish experience for his clients that creates lasting relationships. Having worked as a storm damage inspector for major insurance carriers, he also heads BMP's insurance department. In addition to managing 3 contracting companies throughout his career, he also led a humanitarian non-profit in Barcelona, Spain, and enjoys bringing those values to the world of business.

“I speak 4 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Catalan. I also speak fluent roof nerd!”
